Its people: It was builded by the famous architect: Charly Wittock, born in Belgium, grown up in hawaii and California, maried to a portugese girl with brazilian roots and living today in Brussels ,capital of Europe. Simply the best.

Constructor: Jeff Hutton and Lexie are the ones who made this house. Jeff has builded several houses in Tamarindo and its easy to find them cause all those
houses have it all: The jeff touch.

This house though is the best by far in tamarindo. I challenge you... it has the magic...

Casa puro dieces: bright new, built in 2006.

Alain: He does it all...you will recognize him immeadiately cause he's smiling all day.
José: maintenace.... every little problem will be fixed by José.
Nora will make your favourite salad if you ask for it.
Sabine: maintenance: if you put your loundry in the bathroom basket, she will clean it for you.

The guard arrives at 16h and will stay until 6 in the morning. When he arrives he will light all candles and lights and shut them down when you go to bed.

There is one disadvantage in this house: No one speaks English. This is 100% Costa Rica. Forget about home and make an effort to speak a few words of Spanish and the local people will do the rest with a smile.
