The Punta Cana Resort & Club is a luxury development bordering the Caribbean sea and close to the international airport. There are direct flights from many European cities including London, Paris, Amsterdam & Madrid as well as a daily service from New York & Miami and many other points in the USA & Canada.

The resort has two hotels, a marina, two golf courses (a third is planned), tennis courts, a water sports & PADI centre, a riding centre, fitness centre and a spa as well as various restaurants & bars.

Villa Los Cocoteros as its name suggests is set amidst coconut palms bordering the 8th hole of 'La Cana' golf course, designed by P.B.Dye and only 250 metres from a beautiful white sandy beach.

The villa can accomodate up to a maximum of 10 persons. Four of the five bedrooms have king size beds and walk-in closets. The fifth bedroom has single beds and built in wardrobes. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

On the ground floor there is a formal dining area and lounge, a large fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. Upstairs there is a further lounge area with cable TV and DVD player as well as a small kitchenette and breakfast bar.The property is furnished to a very high standard throughout.

The large covered terrace at the rear is equipped with dining table and chairs as well as armchairs and sofa making it ideal for outdoor dining and living. The pool, approx. 11m.x4m., is surrounded by a large patio with sunbeds.

Daily maid service is provided as well as pool maintenance and upkeep of the garden.
