Outside
Large balcony overlooking the Pinewalk and the white sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa. Balcony with outdoor furniture.
Coast/Beach
One can step out of the front door straight onto the sandy beach.
The apartment is right on the famous and beautiful Pine Walk beach in Puerto Pollensa, itself one of the best resorts on the island. As it is right on the sea front and south facing it has magnificent views of the whole Pollensa Bay and the terrace enjoys all day sun.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses very near to Puerto Pollensa. One is located in Pollensa (10min) offering 9 holes and the other one is located in Alcanada (15min) offering 18 holes with wonderful seaviews.
Travel
Only 40min driving from the San Joan airport of Palma de Mallorca. You can rent a car from 35 euros a day.
Distances
Only five minutes from the Central Square and marina – perfect location. It is ideal for all sorts of holidays from romantic escapes, family holidays or a sun worshippers ‘get away’
5 min walking from the very center of Puerto Pollensa and all the restaurants. There is a supermarket in the street behind the apartment.

Market day is each Wednesday in Puerto Pollensa, each Sunday in Pollensa and each Tuesday in Alcudia.
Booking notes
50% deposit and full balance 4 weeks before arrival.
Arrival after 16h and departure before 12h (cleaning service in between).
